Adult Community Learning Essex
Adult Community Learning Essex is the main adult education provider in Essex.
The nearest centre is at Maldon although other
centres at Wickford,Witham and Chelmsford are easily reached.
Occasional courses are also held at South Woodham Ferrers and other
venues.
Termtime starts in September and follows school times although courses tend to finish in June rather than July.
Many of these courses run for a full 30 weeks
although there are a number of shorter ot even one day courses
The courses on offer provide for general
qualifications such as GCSE or A Levels and vocational qualifications
such as City and Guilds Food Safety Certificates.
Hobby based courses and courses offers skills for
life are also available.
Copies of the prospectus are widely available from Liobraries etc
